Traditional Cornish Clotted Cream
Cornish Clotted Cream the way granny remembers it available in different sizes: 100g, 200g and larger pots
We rountinely cook Cream on Mondays and Wednesdays. The cream is made in a traditional manner
being steamed in large trays rather than in individual pots. This allows the 'crust' to be distributed throughout
the cream supplied to you. We carefully pot the cream into the containers for you by hand ensuring the best quality
and thickness with constant care and attention.
Cream works out at £10 per kg (not including post
and packaging) If you would like to order please go to our e-shop where we are working to put together the whole package for you.
You can also
come direct to us at Cansford Farm and pick up a pot if you are passing.

and packed by hand. It is salted using 'Cornish Sea Salt' and the packs come in assorted sizes to suit your needs.

Jersey Cow Milk Full Cream and unhomogenised, leave it in the fridge over night and you
can pour the 'top of the milk (cream)' off for your porridge in the morning. Or just give it a good shake and
it's ready to pour.
